She is scheduled to go to the hospital in Montelimar for surgery. We brought her flowers and wished her a smooth recovery. She is remarkably\u00a0warm and generous, and truly is our ambassador to the village. Each day she brings villagers to our house to meet us. The Impasse des Fleurs is so-named because of her house &#8212; abundantly festooned with beautiful flowers and plants.
