The levels, from bottom to top, are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Entrep\u00f4t <\/strong><\/em>is accessed from the Rue du Bourg&nbsp;and consists of the wine cellar and garage. The garage also holds the&nbsp;owner storage lockers.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Niveau S\u00e9jour<\/strong><\/em> is accessed from the village&#8217;s Impasse des Fleurs pedestrian walkway. It consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, den with fireplace, a full bath, and a balcony overlooking the Rue du Bourg <em>(about 860 sq ft = 80 sq m)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Niveau Chambr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/em> consists of &nbsp;3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a study <em>(about 930 sq ft = 86 sq m)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Terrace<\/em><\/strong> is on the roof and consists of a large outside area overlooking the village and surrounding hills <em>(about 290 sq ft = 27 sq m)<\/em> and a media\/activity room with a small &#8220;summer&#8221; kitchen <em>(about 188 sq ft = 17 sq m)<\/em>.<em>(interior total: approx. 1980 sq ft = 184 sq m)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_972\" style=\"width: 135px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/chezmirabel.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_4766.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-972\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-972\" title=\"St. Julien from the terrace\" src=\"https:\/\/chezmirabel.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/IMG_4766-e1329424973776-125x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"150\"><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-972\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">St. Julien from the terrace<\/p><\/div>\n<p>We purchased the house October 31, 2011, and finished renovations a year later.
